Sales Operations Administrator

What you will be doing

• Proposal creation and editing for Sales and Service teams.

• Inbound lead distribution and support of marketing demand-generation efforts.

• Provide sales support and manage the transaction process for brand-specific product solutions.

• Facilitation and management of post-transaction logistics, including service initiation and finance support

• Assistance in documentation of all processes affecting sales operations, both pre- and post-close.

• Data quality support for Sales and Service teams within company CRM.

What we need from you

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Salesforce.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in-person and remote.

• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

• Ability to think critically and problem-solve proactively.

• Ability to work on teams as well as individually.

• Ability to action tasks as assigned.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing tasks.

• Extreme attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and highly organized.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with Pandadoc or other proposal generation software

• Technical Savvy

• Proficiency in Mac OS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel

• Google Suite
